Care Instructions for Lasting Beauty

To maintain the vibrant colors and delicate details of your garment, we recommend the following care practices:

Hand-washing: Use cold water and a gentle detergent.
Dry cleaning is also an option.Avoid soaking or scrubbing: This can damage the fabric and embellishments.
Air dry in the shade: Direct sunlight can fade colors.
Iron carefully: Avoid ironing directly on embellished areas.
Wash separately for the first few washes: Natural dyes may release some color initially.
Store in a cool, dry place: This will help prevent color fading and fabric deterioration.
For garments with pearl embellishments: Use a soft cloth or brush to gently remove dust or dirt.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure your garment looks its best for years to come.

Color Variations: Due to camera settings and the nature of handcrafted dyes, some products and colors may appear slightly brighter in photos than in person.
Color Bleeding: Natural dyes used in some of our handcrafted products may release some color during the first few washes. To prevent color transfer, we recommend washing these items separately.
Handcrafted Uniqueness: Slight variations in motifs, texture, and color are inherent to handcrafted items. These variations add character and are a hallmark of the artisanal process.

Shipping: We're happy to deliver your pieces directly to you, wherever you are in the world! Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's destination, weight, and size.

Dispatch Timeline:
Our goal is to get your order on its way quickly. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your payment.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeframes:
While we can't guarantee specific delivery times due to factors outside our control (customs clearance, etc.), you can expect to receive your order within [estimated timeframe based on your typical shipping regions].

Heritage the Label is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the courier service. In the unlikely event your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately at heritagethelabel.co@gmail.comand we'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. We kindly ask that you claim your package upon arrival to avoid it being returned to us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heritage the Label purchase. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently offer exchanges on defective only.

Exchanges:
If you receive a defected item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at heritagethelabel.co@gmail.com. We'll be happy to guide you through the exchange process.

Important Notes:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
We recommend trying on your garment over undergarments for hygiene reasons.
Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at heritagethelabel.co@gmail.com. We'll work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit (depending on the situation).
